This project was awarded to us late during the summer break season. The school held us to a very tight schedule to complete the paving, striping, basketball standards, landscaping and other details before the start of the school season. Our planning and diligent work paid off as we were able to finish the job well before the first day of school.

Maple Park Driveway

Union Pacific Railroad Crossing

Major intersection closure involving state highways and freight tracks; one-week road closure.

Culver’s

Installed the lot for the new building, coordinating multiple subcontractors on a tight timeline.

Elburn Fire Dept.

Repaired deteriorated areas while keeping emergency vehicle access. Two-day deadline.

Rochelle New Hospital

Replaced two parking lots — 31,000 sf removal, binder and surface layers over two days.

Floor to Ceiling

Full asphalt removal and replacement, 48,036 sf.

Crest Foods

179,000 sq ft parking lot resurface, late 2020. Removed 6,600 tons of 6″ asphalt; paved 4,500 tons of 4″ binder.
